Action Learning
We believe that there can be no learning without action and no action without learning. Action Learning is ideal for finding solutions to problems that do not have a 'right' answer. The necessary insight is gained when members of the learning 'set' challenge each other through questioning and create a powerful, action-oriented & outcome focused learning environment.

Executive Coaching
Paula Hutchings is certainly 'hands on' as she facilitates a number of coaching programmes in addition to being a Leornian business partner. As part of completing AMEC (Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching) which Paula is on track to complete by early 2012, she has now been fully accredited by Ashridge Business School as an Executive Coach.
