Ulrike's 11-year career in the financial sector has taken her from Frankfurt to London working in a number of senior roles across HR and the business.

Her sound understanding of the various organisational challenges faced by corporate environments has prepared her well to work with business leaders in a holistic manner. She is aware and mindful of the often complex political and cultural issues which may appear in global multinationals.

In coaching, Ulrike sees her role to help her clients develop their emotional intelligence and support them to overcome sensations of being stuck with their pressing business issues. She believes that to be most effective in a leading business role, a great level of self awareness is necessary – she sees her role to assist clients in improving their knowledge about themselves and the impact they have on others. As approaches to personal and organisational challenges may vary greatly depending on cultural context, business area and personal circumstances, Ulrike determines and modifies all her coaching efforts to the individual requirements of each of her clients.

Ulrike works internationally and conducts her work in both English and German.
