Paula is an experienced Learning & Development consultant & coach. She has been working in various consulting roles for over 16 years. She has worked across a broad range of industries. Her L & D experience ranges from performance management training, to leadership development and facilitation. She has developed her professional experience in a number of blue-chip organizations and her client relationship list has grown through the quality & passion she displays in her work.
As a coach, facilitator & business partner, the most important determinant of her success lies in the quality of her relationships with coachees, participants and clients.
Paula has an action-oriented, outcome-focused yet relational approach to her work with clients. Both in her group facilitation and one-to one coaching she ensures that her clients are given the psychological space to benefit from the learning at an individual & pragmatic level.
