Gilly has a strong business background and senior level OD experience in blue chip organisations. As well as organisational development, Gilly's professional training and background is in, leadership and team development, coaching and supervision psychology and practice. Taking a systemic approach, her focus is on motivation, creativity and self-directed learning. She believes that leadership and learning are inextricably linked. Where learning is concerned with the acquisition and application of new knowledge, skills, behaviour and values; effective leadership brings about improved performance and positive change.

As a facilitator and Coach she helps leaders and teams appreciate and build on their strengths, learn and adapt, improving their own performance, the performance of others and, crucially, the performance of the organisation they work for. Gilly has extensive experience of designing and facilitating leadership and organisation-wide change programmes for both the private and public sector, across a range of multinationals, and major professional services businesses.

Gilly has global coaching and supervision experience working with many and varied corporate and private clients across all levels of organisational structure. With this experience and her desire to contribute to the implementation of best practice coaching, mentoring and supervision in organisations, Gilly provides her expertise in the development and evaluation of both corporate and individual coaching and mentoring programmes and practitioners.

Gilly is an active member of the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision and acts as an advisor to the APECS Board.
