With over 20 years' generalist experience in Human Resources, Claire has held senior HR roles within the public and private sectors. She offers innovative solutions across the full range of current HR challenges.

She believes that driving superior performance is the definition of a great organisation and that effective performance management is critical to success. Her expertise in performance management ranges from focused consulting to delivery of bespoke programmes such as performance appraisals, “Grasping the Nettle”, setting objectives and effectively dealing with discipline and grievances.

She has been working with the IIP Standard since 1993 and has assessed and advised hundreds of organisations across all sectors. Claire delivers client-focused practical solutions tailored to changing organisational needs and values. Her breadth of experience enables her to share best practice within and between different sectors.

She is a qualified Performance Coach and has supported a range of clients to develop and deliver innovative, participative and effective learning programmes.
