We have extensive experience of delivering programmes overseas, and have recently worked in Azerbaijan as part of the BP Faculty, delivering programmes to first and second level leaders in Influence and Personal Impact.
As a member of the BP Faculty, in 2011 Paula Hutchings has been a key resource for BP in the design and delivery of Leadership and Personal Effectiveness Programmes.
We regularly work globally with BP and other high profile clients such as Givaudan and most recently Henderson Global Investors across Europe, Asia and the Middle East and we have expert local facilitators in a number of these locations including Germany, Spain, France and Singapore.
We have also delivered programmes such as Project Leadership and Stakeholder Management in Holland, and Inspirational Leadership in South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA and are proud of our cross cultural expertise.
We are currently looking at extending this arm of our business to Japan.
