In 2011 we began working collaboratively with Henderson Global Investors to facilitate the design and delivery of the following programmes:

Influence Without Authority – London & Singapore

This is a short, interactive onsite workshop that is designed to build capability & knowledge on the subject of Influence without Authority.

At the end of this programme, participants will:

• Understand the dynamics of personal influence to get things done
• Learn to use a range of influencing styles and how the different styles are useful to achieve desired results
• Understand how the various skills map onto a framework for getting things done
• Develop the ability to recognise which influencing style is most suited to a specific situation
• Experiment outside the habitual comfort zone and stretch into learning new styles & strategies
• Get feedback on our individual approach to influencing

Coaching for Performance – London

A 90 minute 'bite-sized' session focussed on understanding how a manager should behave and coach their team throughout the year

Personal Impact & Presence – London

A one day programme with a purpose to improve personal impact and develop strategies for creating a signature presence in situational contexts.

Report Writing – Singapore

Programme Purpose:

To help you save time, aid decision making and encourage the client to respond positively to your message.
