Catch22
Catch22 is a national charity that works with young people who find themselves in difficult situations. We work with their families and their communities wherever and whenever young people need us most; in schools, on the streets, in the home, at community centres, shopping centres, in police stations, and in custody.
Before we became Catch22, we were Rainer and Crime Concern, two national charities that came together in 2008.
Leornian Consulting has worked with us over the past three years in providing workshops under our Excellent Manager Pathway. This has included ‘Managing Feedback and Performance’ and our ever popular ‘Introduction into Management’ programme. We have worked in partnership with Alex Sherman to ensure that all the training programmes he delivers underpins our organisational competencies.
Our Managing Feedback and Performance programme was designed to assist a group of new managers in appraising their staff. The programme worked in partnership with our standard Appraisal Scheme Introduction Day. The feedback received is that those managers were able to use the new skills from Alex’s programme to assist them in providing successful feedback to their teams, which was key at the time of an organisational merger.
