Negotiation Skills Workshop

AEGIS London is the UK-based subsidiary of AEGIS (Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Limited). It operates Syndicate 1225 at Lloyd's which has a capacity of £200 million for 2009.
As part of the development of an internal learning and development framework during 2008/09, AEGIS London identified the need for appropriate training in negotiation skills for relevant staff members.

Following the request for submissions from training suppliers, Leornian Consulting was chosen as AEGIS London’s preferred supplier for this training based on the training proposal submitted, reputation in the market and their desire to work in a highly collaborative manner.

A workshop entitled ‘Knowing When to Say Yes’ was developed and is delivered in two 1 day workshops – the first workshop covers the theory relating to the process of negotiations (in addition to practical elements) with the second day being very practical utilising actors for the main negotiation exercise.
